UMA Rental is operated by United Management Aus Pty Ltd. This page explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
Name, phone, email, driver licence details, ABN, rideshare account details, bank account details for direct debit, payment history, photos of the car, and the car's location from its GPS tracker.
To assess rental applications, prepare and sign rental agreements, collect weekly rent, look after our cars, and contact you about your rental by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp, including automated reminders.
Only service providers we use to run the rental: our payment processor (Pay Advantage), accounting software (Xero), e-signature (DocuSeal), email and messaging providers, and our insurer when needed. We share information with authorities only where the law requires it, such as traffic fine nominations. We do not sell your information.
We never store card numbers. Card payments are entered directly on Pay Advantage's secure page.
